Yes, most of our furniture is designed for easy self-assembly. Each item comes with clear, step-by-step instructions and all necessary hardware. Our focus on flat-pack design helps us keep prices affordable and shipping efficient.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We deliver to customers worldwide! However, we currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can ship to your location.
What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
- Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)
How long does delivery take?
Total delivery time includes both processing and shipping:

- Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipping

Currently, we focus on providing affordable shipping options and don’t offer white glove services. Our furniture is designed for straightforward self-assembly with comprehensive instructions included.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your items securely. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to manufacturer defects or shipping damage, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
