We understand that sometimes a piece may not work as perfectly in your space as you envisioned, which is why we’ve created a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Just as we carefully design our furniture, we’ve carefully designed this policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bunk Beds & Loft Beds: Due to safety regulations and assembly requirements
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to our return center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Refund Amount

  • Original purchase price will be refunded
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product:

  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item
  4. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
  5. Standard shipping fees apply for the new item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective:

  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
  • We may arrange for pickup of the damaged item
