All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order confirmation or receipt required
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrived damaged or defective

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bunk Beds & Loft Beds: Due to safety regulations and assembly requirements
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture
  • Items missing original packaging or tags
  • Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our customer service team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return shipping label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to our return center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
